Pilates is a perfect way to strengthen your core and get loose! We use all body weight movements such as planks and squats and  incorporate traditional yoga poses like ‘childs pose’ and ‘cats and cows’ to encourage healthy range of motion patterns in the joints. We focus heavily on breathing,  good posture, and becoming aware of your body and its limits. This class is great for advanced and first timers alike!
