Spin is a musically driven, total-body work experience which takes place on stationary exercise bicycles. This is no ordinary workout! You will move, groove and sweat to the latest and best music while pushing your muscles and endurance to the max! Spin is a fun, total-body workout that engages your legs, arms and core throughout the entire class and even uses weights! Spin in the perfect way to achieve all your fitness goals in one quick workout. Spin class can be participated in by all of levels of fitness patrons.
