Mobility and Balance offers a slow pace environment to focus on range of motion and equilibrium. This class will test your balance such as standing on one leg, holding a weight on one side and standing on our tippy toes. We use a variety of tools like the stability balls, foam rollers and bosu balls to push you to your limits in a safe way. This class is highly recommended for seniors but everyone can benefit.
