In this class we will cover & drill the pillars of hoop dance - waist hooping, chest hooping, shoulder hooping, leg hooping, and all the tricks and transitions in between! Great for building body-mind connection, developing posture, and strengthening your core - all while having fun! Hoops are provided.

Pilates is a perfect way to strengthen your core and get loose! We use all body weight movements such as planks and squats and  incorporate traditional yoga poses like 'childs pose' and 'cats and cows' to encourage healthy range of motion patterns in the joints. We focus heavily on breathing,  good posture, and becoming aware of your body and its limits. This class is great for advanced and first timers alike!

Zumba is a Latin based hip hop class designed to get your heart rate up in style with lots of fun. We take the “work” out of workout. Come party as you get the full body workout.

Mobility and Balance offers a slow pace environment to focus on range of motion and equilibrium. This class will test your balance such as standing on one leg, holding a weight on one side and standing on our tippy toes. We use a variety of tools like the stability balls, foam rollers and bosu balls to push you to your limits in a safe way. This class is highly recommended for seniors but everyone can benefit.

Abs
